Aavish Namkeen was founded in Rajkot, Gujarat, by a family passionate about authentic Indian farsan. What began in 2001 as a small local kitchen with hand-pressed Sev and freshly fried Gathiya has grown into a major manufacturing brand operating out of PNTC, Satellite, Ahmedabad.
Today, our factory produces over 25 tons of crunchy savories daily. While we have grown in size, our dedication to selecting spices, cold-pressing dough, and cooking in quality oils remains unchanged.

Our state-of-the-art Ahmedabad plant utilizes the latest food technology. We use a proprietary vacuum frying technique for select products, reducing oil absorption by up to 30% compared to traditional open frying.
Every room is climate-controlled to maintain optimal humidity levels. This prevents moisture from coming into contact with the freshly fried namkeen before it is packaged under a nitrogen-flushed atmosphere.
